Missing Cary Teen Found Safe
The 16-year-old girl was missing for almost two weeks. Police investigated the case as a runaway and did not presume she was in danger.
CARY, IL — A 16-year-old Cary girl who was missing for almost two weeks has been located and is safe, police said Tuesday.
Alexia Peters was reported missing after she was last seen leaving her home in Cary at 12:45 p.m. on July 27. On Tuesday, she was located, authorities said.
