Mobile Testing To Return To McHenry County In October

The McHenry County Department of Health in partnership with the State of Illinois will host a temporary drive-up COVID-19 testing site.

The McHenry County Department of Health in partnership with the State of Illinois is hosting a temporary drive-up COVID-19 testing site the first weekend in October in McHenry, Illinois.

Testing is open to all and no appointment is needed. Anyone interested can get tested whether they have symptoms or not. There is no cost for the test. Anyone who has insurance is asked to bring their card.

A simple nasal swab will be used, and you will be called with results within 4 to 7 days.

Drive-up testing will be available at Petersen Park, 4300 Peterson Park Road, on October 2 and 3 from 8 a.m to 4 p.m. and October 4 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
