No Injuries In Crystal Lake House Fire

The blaze broke out Sunday night at a home in Crystal Lake, fire officials said.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — No one was injured in a house fire that broke out Sunday night in Crystal Lake, fire officials said. The Crystal Lake Fire Rescue Department responded to the tri-level home in the 200 block of Corrine Avenue at 7:34 p.m. and found smoke coming from the upper level.

Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the blaze, according to a news release from the fire rescue department. The fire caused $20,000 to $25,000 in damage.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
