Rep. Weber Passes Legislation to Improve Support for Victims

Last week, Illinois House House of Representatives voted to pass House Bill 3584 unanimously.

Last week, Illinois House of Representatives voted to pass House Bill 3584 unanimously. The bill, filed by State Representative Tom Weber (R-Lake Villa), ensures crime victims, particularly those who have experienced sexual assault or misconduct, are able to report incidents directly to the State’s licensing department to ensure perpetrators are prevented from doing future harm.
