Repairs Under Way on Downed Wires in Crystal Lake
Police advised drivers to avoid the area of Dole and Lake avenues while repairs are being completed on Tuesday.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL -- The Crystal Lake Police Department is asking drivers to avoid the area of Dole and Lake avenues Tuesday.
High winds Monday knocked down several wires in the area of Dole Avenue and Lake Avenue and Dole Avenue and Woodstock Avenue, according to a Nixle alert sent out Tuesday morning. Police said people should avoid the area while repairs are being made.
