Route 31 Reduced to One Lane After Road Buckles
Crews were called to the area Monday afternoon.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL - A portion of Route 31 near Raymond Drive was reduced to one lane on Monday due to the pavement buckling, the Northwest Herald reports. Crews were dispatched to the scene late Monday afternoon to fix the problem.
