Sex Offender in a Prohibited Zone / 3rd DUI / Speeding 30 MPH Over Limit: Blotter

A look at recent arrests made in Crystal Lake.

• Angel Luis Aviles, 64, of 490 Everett Avenue in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 7 for battery/make physical contact, disorderly conduct and assault. Bond was set at $3,000.
• David Bruce Colley, 51, of 57 Woodbine Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 1 on a warrant on a charge of a sex offender in a prohibited zone. His bond was set at $150. Colley is next expected in court on Nov. 10.
• Cory A. Moore, 20, of 803 Noe Road in Marengo, was arrested on Sept. 1 for reckless driving and driving/no driver’s license/permit/age. Bond was set at $150. A court date has been set for Oct. 18.
• Patricia Madeline Deeke, 70, of 569 Darlington Lane Apt. 8 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 2 for domestic battery/physical contact.
• Mattie J. Pace, of Gilberts, was arrested on Sept. 3 for DUI/alcohol, improper lane usage and DUI/BAC .08. His court date was set for Oct. 4. Bond was set at $100 and a valid driver’s license.
• Michael J. Ridge, 30, of 577 Crystal Point in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 3 for DUI/alcohol and resisting obstruction. Bond was set at $250 and a valid driver’s license.
• Ricardo Rodriguez-Herta, 21, of 200 N. 2nd St., 1A1, in Cary, was arrested for speeding 31 to 39 mph over the limit. Bond amount was a valid driver’s license. Court date was set at Oct. 18.
• David Daniel Busche, 33, of 23 Hill Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 5 for domestic battery/physical contact and domestic battery/bodily harm.
• William Lloyd F. Schlacks, 19, of 110 Dartmoor Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant for criminal damage to government property < $500. Bond was set at $300. A court date was set for Oct. 4.
• William Tyson Lestritz, a homeless man, was arrested on Sept. 6 for aggravated assault/peace officer/fireman, assault, battery/make physical contact, battery/cause bodily harm and aggravated assault/peace officer. Bond was set at $1,500. A court date has been set for Oct. 25.
• Nathan Christopher Golec, 20, of 1457 Bridgedale Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 8 for consumption of liquor of a minor.
• William L. Schlacks, 19, of 110 Dartmoor Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 8 for reckless driving, fail to notify DMG/unattended vehicle, driver fail to notify/accident, consumption of liquor by a minor and driving on revoked license. Bond was set at $400. A court date was set for Oct. 18.
• Fernando C. Huerta, 28, 3 Austin Avenue in Carpentersville, was arrested on Sept. 8 for driving on suspended driver’s license and possession of a controlled substance.
• Julia Olesya Yurchenko, 18, of 1421 Washington Street in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Sept. 9 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needles.
• Miguesl Angel Delgado, 23, of Waukegan, was arrested on Sept. 11 for DUI/alcohol, illegal possession/transport liquor/driver, fail to reduce speed, aggravated DUI/3rd DUI, aggravated DUI/no driver’s license and driving on revoked driver’s license. Court date was set for Oct. 18.
• Francisco Francisco Fernandez, 33, 722 Henry St. in Lake Geneva, was arrested on Sept. 11 for driving/never issued/license, obstruct justice and obstructing identification. A court date was set for Oct. 25.
• Victor Manuel Arando-Castro, 38, of 406 W. Toughy Ave., Lot 40, in Des Plaines, was arrested on a warrant on an in-state bond forfeiture warrant on Sept. 15. Bond was set at $50,000.
