Whada ya say, lets give whole milk a second look?

This is just not about milk, its about being an advocate of your good health.

When I was but a younger lad in California, mom would send me down to
the dairy (the kind that had cows!) and buy milk. In those days, it was
easy to get milk in the bottle with the cream on top. This is what I
and my siblings were raised on and it was delicious. The low fat lie
was started by a chemist who thought that his ideas should be the rule
and not the facts. This study ignored the facts that good fats were
good for you and only paid attention to the 'factoids' that agreed with
his own conceptions. Big food business saw the profit in cheap, low
nutrient foods that are cheap to produce and high in dollar profit and
got on the bandwagon. Here is a link with some good thoughts on milk
itself. https://getpocket.com/explore/item/the-vindication-of-cheese-butter-and-full-fat-milk

I am not saying that you should or should not drink milk or eat low
nutrient, mass produced foods. What I am saying is to become aware and
be an advocate for your own health. If you have a comment feel free to
post in the comments section. If you would like to know more about my
