Mass Vaccination Site Opening At Crystal Lake Church

Late Wednesday evening, the McHenry County Department of Health (MCDH) confirmed that a COVID-19 vaccination site will be held at Willow Creek Community Church, located at 100 South Main Street in Crystal Lake, beginning next Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Vaccinations will be by appointment only.

The City of Crystal Lake, in coordination with the MCDH, Illinois National Guard and through the generosity of Willow Creek Community Church, have been working to address the logistics needed to open this mass vaccination site.
