Wolves Focusing on Morgan Park

Prairie Ridge to face tough opponent in second round.

is preparing themselves this week to face the Morgan Park Mustangs after just slipping by Fenwick 35-26 last week in the first round of the 6A playoffs.

After completing a dominating regular season, the Wolves now know that playoff victories don't come in as easy as reeling in in the regular season.

"We got to look at who we're playing, and we need to learn to execute better this week." said defensive coordinator Any Peterson. "Our team has been disciplined and sound all year. I'm not sure if we've been reading too many newspaper clipping or what, but we got a little bit undisciplined with the Friars. I do have confidence that we'll come out ready to play in the next round."

The Mustangs and the Wolves are both averaging 37.3 points per game and have posted 9-1 records.
