• Darien Cop Catches Suspect In Chase That Started In Woodridge: Prosecutors (patch.com) — Darien residents may have noticed a dramatic police chase last Friday night, when a Woodridge traffic stop turned into a high-speed pursuit that continued through Darien neighborhoods and major roads. Prosecutors say a Darien officer ultimately spotted the suspect's car, was nearly hit head-on, and had his squad struck in a Downers Grove driveway before the driver was arrested and jailed pending trial.
