Officers arrested three people on drunk driving charges in the last few days.

DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:

DUIs

  • Kathleen Fanelli, 48, of Lemont, was arrested about 7:30 p.m. Sept. 15 near 87th Street and Lemont Road on charges of DUI, failure to yield turning left and transportation of open alcohol by a driver. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • Roderick Arnold, 38, of Chicago, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Friday on Lemont Road under the Interstate 55 bridge on charges of DUI, transportation of open alcohol by a driver, unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver, driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured car, unsafely crossing lane boundaries and speeding. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • Francisco Montoya, 38, of Aurora, was arrested about 4 a.m. Sunday on Cass Avenue at Interstate 55 on charges of DUI and improper lighting. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

  • Cheri Cureton, 35, of Downers Grove; Tereanna Barney, 22, of Downers Grove; and Michelle Cureton, 61, of Woodridge, were cited about 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Walmart, 2189 75th St., on charges of retail theft. According to a police report, they were seen under-scanning items in self-checkout aisles. They were released and given a date to appear in court.
