LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

• Julius Y. Cha, 23, of the 9300 block of Bay Colony Drive, Des Plaines, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 11 in the 100 block of Old McHenry Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of July 28 was assigned.
• Gerald Zenko, 67, of the 10800 block of W. MacArthur Drive, Beach Park, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 13 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date of July 21 was assigned.
• Darwin Smith, 56, of the 1200 block of Huntington Drive, Mundelein, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 14 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 21 was assigned.
• Jeffrey C. Sleman, 37, of the 400 block of Seafarer Drive, Third Lake, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 14 in Third Lake. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of July 22 was assigned.
• Victor M. Herrera-Juarez, 44, of the 10000 block of Pickford Lane, Beach Park, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 15 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Aug. 5 was assigned.
• Gerald N. Zenko, 67, of the 10800 block of W. McArthur Drive, Beach Park, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 15 in the 13200 block of W. Sheffield Lane, Beach Park. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date of July 21 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Steven J. Sautter, 57, of the 0-100 block of Mineola Road, Fox Lake, is accused of violation of bail bond, and was arrested July 11 at Route 59 and Hillside Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Aug. 9 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Abel L. Miranda, 22, of the 700 block of N. Pine Street, Waukegan, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested July 11 in the 39100 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Aug. 24 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

John A. Cabano, 57, of the 18200 block of W. Gages Lake Road, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 12 in unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Aug. 7 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Vernon Manor, IV, 29, of the 3000 block of 27th Street, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 12 at Sheridan Road and Miraflores Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Derrick D. Laws, Jr., 24, of the 39200 block of Queensbury Lane, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 15 at Wadsworth and Delany roads, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Todd T. Freund, 47, of the 3900 block of Dolores Drive, Johnsburg, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while licnese revoked, and was arrested July 15 in the 6900 block of State Park Road, unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date in McHenry County as to be determined at the time of the report.
• Dann M. Hysell, 26, of Sturtevant, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, driving with suspended registration, and was arrested July 16 at Wadsworth and Delany roads, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Nicholas J. Hujik, Jr., 21, of the 1300 block of N. West End Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested July 17 at Route 45 and Deer Trail Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $1,500.

RECKLESS ENDANGERING

Kenneth W. Daniels, 32, of the 2000 block of Hebron Avenue, Zion, had a warrant out of Racine County for reckless endangering, fleeing to elude, resisting arrest, and was arrested July 12 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads. There was no bond and a future court date was to be determined in Racine County at a later date.

BATTERY

• Alice M. Ckuj, 57, of the 15200 block of W. Walnut Drive, unincorporated Deerfield, had a warrant for aggravated battery, domestic battery, aggravated assault, and was arrested July 13 in unincorporated Deerfield. Bond was set at $100,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Robert W. Neill, 38, of the 18100 block of Valley Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 16 in unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Aug. 1 was assigned.

BURGLARY

Brandon L. Beer, 18, of the 500 block of Decatur Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant out of Adams County, Indiana, for burglary, and was arrested July 13 in North Chicago. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of July 22 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Terry Lee, 31, of the 34300 block of Barberry Road, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested July 13 at Route 60 and Manor Hill Lane, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Travis M. Crawford, 42, of Miramar, Florida, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested July 13 in the 13900 block of Polo Trail Drive, Green Oaks. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 21 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Ricardo A. Ramos, 36, of the 38300 block of N. Wilson Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested July 13 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $350,000 and a court date of July 21 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Jeffrey A. Garcia, 37, of the 2700 block of Hayley Court, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 13 at Rollins Road and Drury Lane, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 31 was assigned.
• Demarcus J. Quick, 26, of the 1300 block of Chuchill Lane, Grayslake, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested July 14 at 28th Street and Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Aug. 8 was assigned.
• Stuart M. Mantell, 75, of the 200 block of Saddleshire Drive, Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 15 at Routes 60 and 120, Volo. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 31 was assigned.
• Maria Nunez-Acuna, 47, of Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested July 16 at 26th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 31 was assigned.
• Cynthia M. Haberkorn, 53, of the 6400 block of Cherry Valley Road, Kingston, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, violation of CCL, and was arrested July 16 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, unincorporated Palatine. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 22 was assigned.

OPERATING A WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Landon M. Heinberg, 23, of the 22400 block of River Road, Marengo, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, no registration, and was arrested July 14 at Pistakee Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 17 was assigned.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A CHILD

Linyouth S. Siu-Jackson, 24, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated battery to a child, harassment through communication, and was arrested July 15 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $350,000 and a court date of Aug. 10 was assigned.
