LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and may be dropped or reduced. Everyone arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
Davian R. Perez, 18, of Zion, was arrested Aug. 4 near Green Bay Road and Paddock Avenue in Beach Park and charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number and aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon.
Perez was released pending an Aug. 27 court appearance.
Daniel R. Campos, 23, of unincorporated Round Lake, was arrested Aug. 8 in the 35400 block of North Fairfield Road and charged with aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm.
Campos was released pending an Aug. 20 court appearance.
Brian J. Gnutek, 52, of Barrington, was arrested Aug. 7 in the 21000 block of Deerpath Road in Deer Park and charged with attempted possession of cocaine and disorderly conduct.
He was released pending a Sept. 16 court appearance.
Sofia M. Twyman, 22, of Lansing, was arrested Aug. 4 in the 200 block of Water Street in Waukegan on an Indiana warrant for possession of cocaine.
Her detention and court information remained listed as to be determined in Lake County, Indiana.
Aaliyah L. Castile, 19, of Mundelein, was arrested Aug. 5 in Waukegan on a domestic battery warrant. She was released pending an Aug. 13 court appearance.
Cuahutemoc E. Arreola-Aguilar, 34, of Waukegan, was arrested Aug. 5 in Waukegan on a domestic battery warrant. He was detained in the Lake County Jail pending an Aug. 19 court appearance.
Xavier Scott, 30, of Wadsworth, was arrested Aug. 7 in Zion on a domestic battery warrant. He was detained in the Lake County Jail pending an Aug. 14 court appearance.
Eric L. Brunson, 45, of Zion, was arrested Aug. 7 in the 9800 block of West 17th Street in Zion and charged with domestic battery. He was detained in the Lake County Jail pending an Aug. 12 court appearance.
Sumer M. Perzigian, 23, of unincorporated Antioch, was arrested Aug. 9 in the 34900 block of North Woodside Avenue and charged with domestic battery. She was released pending a Sept. 1 court appearance.
Dawn Ranta, 47, of Fox Lake, was arrested Aug. 4 in Round Lake Beach on a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol. She was released pending a Sept. 3 court appearance.
Amador Estrada, 47, of unincorporated Round Lake, was arrested Aug. 7 in the 35800 block of North Hillside Avenue on a Cook County warrant for DUI-alcohol.
Demarco D. Freeman, 25, of Zion, was arrested Aug. 8 near Hunt Club and Stearns School roads in Gurnee and charged with DUI-alcohol and driving with a revoked license.
He was released pending a Sept. 23 court appearance.
Marlon J. Martinez, 35, of Waukegan, was arrested Aug. 8 in the 11100 block of Belvidere Road on an aggravated assault warrant.
Martinez was detained in the Lake County Jail pending an Aug. 14 court appearance.
Aisha S. Pankey, 47, of Chicago, was arrested Aug. 8 near Route 45 and Rollins Road in Third Lake and charged with theft. She was released pending an Aug. 25 court appearance.
Kyle B. Dorner, 31, of Worth, was arrested Aug. 5 in Waukegan on an Indiana warrant for theft. His detention and court information were listed as to be determined in Lake County, Indiana.
Daniela Y. Caballero, 27, of Long Grove, was arrested Aug. 4 in the 4300 block of Route 22 on a probation-violation warrant and additionally charged with driving without a valid license, operating without insurance and failure to report a crash.
She was released pending an Aug. 12 court appearance.
Trevor L. Hall, 40, of Racine, Wisconsin, was arrested Aug. 3 near Route 173 and North Kilbourne Road in Wadsworth on a Cook County warrant for driving with a suspended license.
Cyles J. Staral, 19, of Hainesville, was arrested Aug. 3 near Washington Street and Kingsport Drive in Gurnee and charged with driving with a suspended license. He was released pending a branch court appearance.
Timothy N. Tinkes, 35, of Waukegan, was arrested Aug. 4 near Bayonne Avenue and Pickford Road in Beach Park on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a Sept. 1 court appearance.
Charles J. Rojas, 36, of Waukegan, was arrested Aug. 3 at the Lake County Jail after authorities obtained a battery warrant. Detention and court information were listed as to be determined.
The sheriff's office emphasized that all charges in the weekly report are allegations and that those named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
