Mesirow Financial’s Investment Advisory Group Promotes Steven M. Perlman to Managing Director
CHICAGO (May 28, 2013) — Mesirow Financial today announced the promotion of Steven M. Perlman to managing director in its Investment Advisory group. This promotion recognizes Perlman’s continued dedication to client service, business development and the firm. Perlman works with affluent individuals, families and organizations to evaluate and implement investment strategies focused on fulfilling short- and long-term objectives specializing in asset allocation. He provides broad-based financial planning and investment advice to help clients create, grow and preserve, and distribute their wealth.
Perlman joined Mesirow Financial in 1993 and has more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry. He is a member of the firm’s Select Manager Advisory Committee and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designee (AIF®). Perlman earned a bachelor of science degree from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. He is a board member of Econ Illinois. Perlman and his family live in Deerfield, Illinois.
