Animal Cruelty Charge For Woman: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Michael C. Porter, 28, of the 600 block of Jordan Court, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Jan. 30 at Everett and Riverwoods roads, unincorporated Lake Forest. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 15 was assigned.
• Yadira Martinez, 22, of the 3200 block of Charleston Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 1 at Lewis and Laurel avenues, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 22 was assigned.
• Roberto A. Gallegos, 30, of the 3200 block of Emmaus Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Lewis Avenue and Blanchard Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 8 was assigned.
• Josh H. Osorio, 23, of the 300 block of Poplar Avenue, Antioch, had a warrant for aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested Feb. 4 in the 38100 block of Route 59, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date of Feb. 8 was assigned.
• Raymond D. Johnson, 63, of the 200 block of Grand Avenue, Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 4 in the 38900 block of Fairfield Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 8 was assigned.
• Sierra J. Mendoza, 23, of the 7600 block of Arlington Lane, Spring Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 5 at Route 59 and Wilson Road, Ingleside Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 8 was assigned.
• Rigoberto Perez Obarrubias, 41, of the 2100 block of Ash Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, suspended registration, and was arrested Feb. 5 at Gold Road and Western Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 22 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

• Sean P. Kenny, 54, of the 100 block of W. Kin George Court, Palatine is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 31 in the 21400 block of Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Jorge A. Alvarado, 48, of the 6000 block of W. Waveland Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 2 at Beach Road and North Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Henrray A. Valladares-Osorto, 21, of the 100 block of Chestnut Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, improper transportation of cannabis, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested Feb. 2 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Kareem S. Colder, 28, of the 1400 block of Glen Drive, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 3 at 34th Street and Clover Lane, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000.

SPEEDING

• Alfonso S. Carmargo, 20, of the 1200 block of Collier Court, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (80 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested Jan. 31 at Sheridan and Blanchard roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Marlon S. Balendre, 18, of the 2900 block of MLK Jr. Drive, North Chicago, is accused of aggravated speeding (70 mph in a 35 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 31 at Casey and Almond roads, unincorporated Libertyville. Bond was set at $1,500.

BATTERY

• Azontae Hicks, 20, of the 1700 block of Longview Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of battery, and was arrested Feb. 1 at Lake County Jail. They were being held on other charges and a court date of Feb. 7 was assigned.
• Amieron Williams, 19, of the 1700 block of Sheridan Road, North Chicago, is accused of battery, and was arrested Feb. 1 at Lake County Jail. They were being held on other charges and were assigned a court date of Feb. 27.

Ryan L. May, 36, of the 39200 block of N. Carol Lane, Beach Park, had a warrant for unlawful possession of meth, and was arrested Feb. 1 in the 39200 block of N. Carol Lane, Beach Park. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Feb. 9 was assigned.

ANIMAL CRUELTY

Nancy L. Rook, 61, of the 35100 block of N. Randhill Drive, Ingleside, is accused of animal cruelty, and was arrested Feb. 2 in the 35100 block of N. Randhill Drive, Ingleside. Bond was set at $1,500.

THEFT

Devonte D. Collins, 28, of the 1400 block of 12th Street, Waukegan, is accused of theft, and was arrested Feb. 2 in the 9900 block of W. Oak Forest Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Feb. 8 was assigned.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Evan E. Crews, 32, of the 40100 block of Glendale Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested Feb. 3 in the 40100 block of N. Glendale Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Feb. 9 was assigned.
