Armed Habitual Criminal Charge For North Chicago Man: Blotter

ARRESTS

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Eileen M. Grace, 26, of the 100 block of Oxford Circle, Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 5 at Grass Lake and Bluff Lake roads, Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $3,000, and she was assigned a court date of Feb. 17.
• Anthony F. Sloan, 58, of the 500 block of Livingston Street, McHenry, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 5 in the 39700 block of Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 17.
• Anthony William III, 27, of the 1400 block of N Lockwood Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 9 at Routes 21 and 120, Gurnee. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of March 31.
• Beata Guzik, 33, of the 1600 block of Buckingham Drive, Des Plaines, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 9 at Route 120 and Hunt Club Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of March 10.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Masao A. Abbott, 19, of the 3500 block of Jen Avenue, Park City, is accused of driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of cannabis, and was arrested Jan. 6 at Peasant Run and Thornfield Lane, Hawthorn Woods. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Lavar L. McBride, 43, of the 1100 block of Jackson Street, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested on Jan. 7 at Route 120 and Porter Drive, Round Lake Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Carlo E. Torres-Garcia, 24, of the 1000 block of New York Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (70MPH in a 35MPH zone), and was arrested Jan. 7 at Lewis Avenue and Ballentine Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Brittany N. Kloss, 29, of the 23500 block of W Briar Terrace, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 7 at Lake and Hazel avenues, Fox Lake. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Angelica L. Perez, 26, of the 3000 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended and was arrested Jan. 8 at Sheridan Road and Crissy Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Charles W. Biggs, 52, of the 400 block of Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Greenwood and North avenues, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Diana Gomez, 22, of the 5300 block of S Campbell Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Sheridan and Longview roads, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Darrion K. Hill, 20, of the 100 block of S Channel Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Rollins Road and Grove Avenue, Round Lake Beach. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Tashika E. Thomas, 26, of the 0-100 block of Prairie View Court, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Route 41 and Kilbourne Road, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jiovanni A. Godinez, 22, of the 1200 block of Quincy Court, Wheeling, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 9 at Fairfield and Petite Lake roads, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Timothy J. Knowles, 51, of the 36900 block of Francis Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 9 at Shandon Drive and Tara Court, Ingleside. Bond was set at $2,000.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Kayla M. Torres, 33, of Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of having a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Jan. 6 in McHenry. Her bond was set at $25,000, and she was assigned a court date of Feb. 5.
• Kristin C. Whitaker, 40, of Filweber Court, Antioch, is accused of domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Jan. 10 in Unincorporated Spring Grove. Her bond was set at $20,000, and she was assigned a court date of Jan. 13.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY

Mark A. Stang, 68, of the 500 block of Hyancinth Place, Highland Park, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested Jan. 6 in the 0-100 block of S Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Waukegan. His bond was set at $200,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 19.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Kevin M. Richards, 51, of Punta Gorda, Florida, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Jan. 7 in the 39400 block of N Lake Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 1.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Niles O. Dillard, 40, of the 200 block of Grand Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 7 at Rollins and Elm roads, Round Lake Beach. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Devin T. Sanchez, 18, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 7 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Maurice Whitehead, 28, of the 2800 block of W 71st Street, Chicago, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Miguel Maldonado, 23, of the 300 block of N Butrick Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Lewis and Beach avenues, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Jason L. Toliver, 28, of the 1900 block of Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Route 132 and Baldwin Drive, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Markel C. Crump, 27, of the 1300 block of Carter Court, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 8 at 18th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Erinyanna L. Leonard, 25, of the 4100 block of Continental Drive, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Lewis and Lloyd avenues, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Isaiah D. Banks, 25, of the 0-100 block of S Midland Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of aggravated speeding (81MPH in a 45MPH zone), and was arrested Jan. 8 at Route 21 and Route 120, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Cornell R. Brewer, 25, of the 8600 block of Trumbell Avenue, Skokie, is accused of reckless driving, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Route 41 and Kilbourne Road, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.

ARMED HABITUAL CRIMINAL

Charles E. Gray, 28, of the 1800 block of Jackson Street, North Chicago, is accused of having a warrant for armed habitual criminal, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, and was arrested Jan. 9 in the 800 block of S Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville. His bond was set at $350,000, and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 2.

ASSAULT

James J. Kman, 35, of the 100 block of Mian Street, Wauconda, is accused of having a warrant for assault, and was arrested Jan. 9 in Wauconda. His bond was set at $5,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 13.

BATTERY

Jeffrey W. Kosatka, 55, of the 26000 block of Route 134, Ingleside, is accused of battery, and was arrested Jan. 10 in Ingleside. His bond was set at $20,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 27.
