Indiana Man Busted On Aggravated Domestic Battery Charge: Blotter

ARRESTS

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Michael J. Tolbert, 58, of the 38200 block of N Loyola Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 28 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Dearsonio I. Sloan, 33, of the 2100 block of Elm Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 28 at 33rd Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Pryce W. Davis, 40, of Canton, Ohio, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Dec. 31 at Route 120 and Atkinson Road, Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Robert Tiller, III, 39, of the 500 block of Lynn Terrace, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license revoked out of Douglas County, and was arrested Dec. 31 at Washington Street and Tanguerary Drive, Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000.
• Nicholas F. Griesbaum, 27, of the 700 block of Spring Farm Road, Lake Villa, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 31 at Route 59 and Grand Avenue, Fox Lake. His bond was set at $2,000.
• Treyvon M. Dean, 27, of the 8600 block of Trumbull Avenue, Skokie, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Jan. 1 at Route 176 and St. Mary's Road, Green Oaks. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Onwar D. Albright, 27, of the 2100 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (60 MPH in a 30 MPH zone), and was arrested Jan. 2 at Lewis Avenue and Golf Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Leslie Estudillo, 29, of the 1400 block of 10th Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Lewis and Glen Flora avenues, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Martinke M. McMillian, 31, of Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 3 at 21st Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Allan B. Downey, 56, of the 100 block of S Chapel Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 28 at Sheridan Road and Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 3.
• Tahoro Diaz, 30, of the 1100 block of Victoria Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 28 at 33rd Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000, and Diaz was assigned a court date of Feb. 3.
• Yajaira Rojas, 32, of the 2400 block of Dugdale Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 31 at Gages Lake Road and Old Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake. Bond was set at $3,000, and Rojas was assigned a court date of March 3.
• Samuel J. Meyers, 27, of the 2700 block of Gilboa Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 1 in the 39000 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 3.
• Luis Ruvalcaba, 38, of the 2200 block of Walnut Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Lewis and Buck avenues. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 10.
• Jesus Ochoa, 21, of the 38300 block of Monarch Court, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of March 17.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Richard S. Ross, 62, of the 400 block of Allen Drive, Wheeling, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Dec. 28 in the 20500 block of N Milwaukee Avenue, Unincorporated Deerfield. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 21.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• Ladarius D. Farmer, 27, of the 4000 block of Bluestream Circle, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, theft, and was arrested Dec. 28 at 33rd Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $30,000, and Farmer was assigned a court date of Jan. 6.
• Veronica L. Hamil, 36, of the 4300 block of Parkway Avenue, McHenry, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Dec. 29 in the 36900 block of S Stanton Point Road, Ingleside.
• Joseph M. Sammarco, 27, of the 2200 block of 73rd Avenue, Elmwood Park, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance out of Cook County, and was arrested Dec. 31 in Route 83 and Chestnut Street, Unincorported Antioch. There was no bond.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Lashawn A. Sanders, 30, of Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested on Dec. 28 in Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $10,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 25.
• Matthew J. Beach, 20, of Greenwood, Indiana, is accused of aggravated domestic battery out of Indiana, and was arrested Dec. 30 in Great Lakes. His bond was set at $500,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 4.
• Dennis M. Braun, 53, of Lake Villa, is accused of domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, and was arrested Jan. 2 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $10,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 5.
• Sonnie A. Miller, 23, of Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of aggravated domestic battery, and was arrested Jan. 3 in Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $40,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 26.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

• Kaleb Brown, 18, of the 36700 block of Lawrence Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for criminal damage to property, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 28 in Lake Villa. His bond was set at $20,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 7.
• Jonathon J. Kobeszko, 35, of the 26700 block of Huston Avenue, Unincorporated Wauconda, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Dec. 30 in Unincorporated Wauconda. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 21.
• Javier Vaca, Jr., 35, of the 38500 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Jan. 1 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 21.

BATTERY

• Randy Johnson, 26, of the 6300 block of N Albany Drive, Chicago, is accused of battery, and was arrested Dec. 29 at Lake County Jail. He is being held on charges and was assigned a court date of Jan. 7.
• Jorell Devost, 22, of the 1100 block of 20th Street, North Chicago, is accused of battery, and was arrested Dec. 29 at Lake County Jail. He is being held on charges and was assigned a court date of Jan. 5.

BURGLARY

Zakary J. Zugehoer, 22, of the 3300 block of Gilboa Avenue, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for burglary, unlawful use of a credit card, and was arrested Dec. 30 in Zion. His bond was set at $25,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 11.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Juan C. Garcia, 57, of the 21200 block of Crescent Drive, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Dec. 31 in Mundelein. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Francisco J. Martinez-Gonzalez, 21, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 1 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $1,500.
• Javier E. Ayala-Martinez, 22, of the 0-100 block of Edison Court, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, aggravated speeding (62 MPH in a 30 MPH zone), no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Route 132 and Lewis Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Miranda M. Lafredi, 40, of the 1500 block of Sheridan Road, Highland Park, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, battery, and was arrested Dec. 31 in the 700 block of W Rockland Road, Unincorporated Lake Bluff. Her bond was set at $1,500, and she was assigned a court date of Jan. 21.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Joseph A. Mitchell, 43, of the 39700 block of Long Drive, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of reckless driving, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Route 173 and I-94, Old Mill Creek. Bond was set at $1,500.

UNLAWFUL MANUFACTURING OF CANNABIS

Juan Camacho, 26, of the 900 block of S Green Bay Road, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful manufacturing of cannabis, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Lewis and Glen Flora avenues, Waukegan. His bond was set at $100,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 7.

UNLAWFUL PURCHASE OF A FIREARM

Patrick S. Dexter, 56, of the 21600 block of W Highland Drive, Unincorporated Lake Zurich, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful use of a firearm, and was arrested Jan. 3 in Unincorporated Lake Zurich. His bond was set at $30,000, ad he was assigned a court date of Jan. 22.
