Jason McMullen, 29, no permanent address, is accused of burglary, and was arrested Sept. 4 in the 39900 block of N. Trevino Lane, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Oct. 3 was assigned.

  • A 37-year-old Park City resident is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 4 at Route 83 and Northfield Drive, Long Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 1 was assigned.
  • A 61-year-old North Chicago resident is accused of DUI - alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 6 at Routes 120 and 21, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Oct. 18 was assigned.
  • A 38-year-old Zion resident is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 8 at Route 45 and Miller Road, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 1 was assigned.
  • A 27-year-old North Chicago resident is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 8 at Green Bay Road and Sunset Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Oct. 11 was assigned.

OPERATING A WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

A 35-year-old Ingleside resident is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 4 at Long Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 27 was assigned.

THEFT

Joseph D. Woolever, 54, of the 7100 block of Buchana Drive, Gurnee, is accused of theft, and was arrested Sept. 5 in the 16600 block of W. Russell Road, unincorporated Zion. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Oct. 3 was assigned.

RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

Mario T. Coleman, 41, of the 300 block of W. Forest Avenue, Round Lake, had a warrant for resisting a peace officer, criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Sept. 5 in the 2600 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Sept. 15 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

A 28-year-old Beach Park resident is accused of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 5 in the 11900 block of W. 29th Street, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Oct. 4 was assigned.

ASSAULT

Jondelyn E. Jackson, 34, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, had a warrant for assault, and was arrested Sept. 5 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. There was no bond and a future court date in Kenosha County was to be determined at the time of the report.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Luis A. Padilla-Romero, 45, of the 800 block of Prescott Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Sept. 6 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Sept. 13 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF COCAINE

Timothy A. Griffith, 47, of the 200 block of Larkdale Row, Wauconda, is accused of unlawful possession of cocaine, obstructing identification, and was arrested Sept. 7 at Winchester Road and Ellis Avenue, Libertyville. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of Sept. 15 was assigned.

BATTERY

  • Shomariana M. Douglas, 26, of the 2300 block of Gilboa Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested Sept. 8 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Sept. 29 was assigned.
  • Henry S. Parisotto, 19, of the 600 block of Smith Avenue, unincorporated Lake Bluff, is accused of aggravated battery, and was arrested Sept. 9 in the 0-100 bock of N. Waukegan Road, Lake Bluff. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Sept. 13 was assigned.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

Gabrielle D. Cobb, 26, of the 1700 block of Sunset Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant out of DuPage County for possession of controlled substances, and was arrested Sept. 8 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
