LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police.   • Jose C. Ortiz Mandujano, 20, of the 3400 block of Barb Avenue, Park City, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, aggravated speeding (74 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 31 at Sheridan Road and 34th Street, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Angel L. Andino, Jr., 36, of the 600 block of Yeoman, Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (90 mph in a 40 mph zone), reckless driving, and was arrested Nov. 2 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • A 37-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Oct. 31 at Green Bay and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • A 39-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Nov. 2 at Sheridan Road and Miraflroes Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Blake Wintermonte, 33, of the 26900 block of Burkhart Lane, Ingleside, is accused of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 31 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $200,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the arrest.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • A 36-year-old Beach Park resident is accused of driving while license suspended, driving with suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 31 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • A 38-year-old Mundelein resident is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 1 at Route 83 and Hilltop Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • A 41-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 2 at Washington Street and Atkinson Road, Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • A 54-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of driving while license suspended, driving with suspended registration, and was arrested Nov. 3 at Wadsworth Road and McAree Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Joel J. Garvia, 22, of the 21900 block of W. Morton Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant out of DuPage County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 6 in unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Charles V. Spena, 23, of the 600 block of Lake Cornish Way, Algonquin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 31 in the 24400 block of River Road, Lake Barrington. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 30 was assigned.
  • A juvenile is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested Oct. 31 at Riverwoods and Everett roads, Mettawa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Dec. 21 was assigned.
  • Kimberly A. Benion, 39, of the 500 block of Grandview Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 5 at Lewis Avenue and Edgewood Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Brian R. Procanin, 44, of the 18700 block of W. Ash Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 31 at Grandwood Drive and Grand Oaks Court, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date of Nov. 29 was assigned.

BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

Carlos Ambriz-Abrego, 50, of the 24300 block of W. Stub Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, resisting arrest causing injury, and was arrested Nov. 1 at Route 59 and Wilson Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date of Dec. 8 was assigned.

RECKLESS DRIVING

A juvenile is accused of reckless driving, and was arrested Nov. 1 at W. Schwerman and Owens roads, unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $1,500.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

  • Cole A. Kazakeitch, 21, of the 21500 block of W. Birch Street, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Nov. 2 in unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Dec. 5 was assigned.
  • Adam E. Pirlot, 41, of the 800 block of W. Grand Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant out of McHenry County for criminal damage to property, and was arrested Nov. 4 in the 35800 block of N. Green Place, unincorporated Waukegan. Bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER

A 26-year-old unincorporated Lake Zurich, is accused of obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Nov. 5 in unincorporated Lake Zurich. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Nov. 21 was assigned.
