DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Daria Saravia, 30, of the 400 block of Belvidere Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 24 at Wadsworth Road and North Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 23 was assigned.
• Michael A. Stegmeir, 21, of the 3300 block of Chatham Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 24 at Wadsworth Road and North Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 23 was assigned.
• Jacob K. Park, 26, of the 8000 block of Blivin Street, Spring Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 26, in the 4500 block of Kimberly Court, Long Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Dec. 7 was assigned.
• Anna Anderson, 24, of the 24800 block of Clinton Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an injury accident, and was arrested Oct. 28 in the 33100 block of Route 45, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Nov. 16 was assigned.
• Thomas F. Boss, III, 46, of the 5400 block of Avery Place, Oak Lawn, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 28 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Dec. 7 was assigned.
• Samantha J. Tilton, 33, of the 26300 block of Diamond Lake Road, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 28 at Route 60 and Wilson Road, unincorporated Round Lake. • Javier Parada-Garcia, 52, of the 2900 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested Oct. 28 at Wadsworth Road and Gabriel Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of Nov. 2 was assigned.
• Tanveer Gill, 33, of the 4400 block of W. Brownstone Way, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 28 at Routes 43 and 120, Park City. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Dec. 24 was assigned.
• Kyle C. Kozina, 26, of the 37100 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, aggravated speeding (130 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 29 at Sheridan and Blanchard roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 30 was assigned.
• Devin C. Albert, 20, of the 400 block of Tyrone Drive, Forsyth, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful use of a driver's license, and was arrested Oct. 30 at Wadsworth Road and Kilbourne Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Dec. 7 was assigned.

Vazquez-Zarenana, 39, of the 3200 block of Ezekiel Place, Zion, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 30 in the 11400 block of Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. IDENTITY THEFT

Emily I. Rogan, 36, of the 800 block of S. Lake Street, Mundelein, is accused of identity theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Oct. 24 in the 38500 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Nov. 23 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

• Carly C. Hartmann, 26, of the 24900 block of Forest Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 24 in unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Nov. 22 was assigned.
• Kelsey Doerr, 19, of the 37100 block of N. Route 59, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 24 in the 24900 block of Forest Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $50,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Keith Gunning, 51, no permanent address, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 25 at Route 45 and Stearns School Road, Lindenhurst. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Nov. 2 was assigned.
• Jacek K. Stalmach, 53, no permanent address, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 27 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Nov. 4 was assigned.
• Javier Vaca Jr., 37, of the 38400 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of violation of an order of protection, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 27 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Nov. 4 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Jaela D. Gaines, 29, of the 1300 block of Melrose Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 25 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Nov. 2 was assigned.
• Robert E. Price, 32, of the 39200 block of Queensbury Drive, Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 26 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $350,000 and a court date of Nov. 9 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• A 44-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 26, at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• A 20-year-old Milwaukee, Wisconsin, resident is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 30 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

THEFT OF LOST OR MISLAID PROPERTY

A 65-year-old Waukegan woman is accused of theft of lost or mislaid property, and was arrested Oct. 26 in the 3390 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500.

BATTERY

Cadedra C. Wells, 27, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, domestic battery, had a warrant out of Cook County for domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 26 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Nov. 22 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS WITH INTENT TO DELIVER

Jose L. Salas, 20, of the 1100 block of Victoria Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant for unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, and was arrested Oct. 27 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Nov. 4 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• Noe Gonzalez, 40, of the 900 block of Bonnie Brook Lane, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 27 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Nov. 4 was assigned.
• Jessica M. Draper, 31, of the 27400 block of Volo Village Road, Volo, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 28 in the 37400 block of Volo Village Road, Volo. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Nov. 3 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF A COURT ORDER

Cedrick A. Taylor, 37, of the 14900 block of W. Old School Road, Mettawa, had a warrant out of Cook County for violation of a court order, and was arrested Oct. 27 in Mettawa. Bond was set at $300,000 and a future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
