Contempt Of Court Warrant Arrest Made: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

BATTERY

• Javier Vaca, Jr., 38, of the 38500 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic battery, and was arrested Jan. 1. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. A court date of Jan. 30 was assigned.
• Jose A. Leon, 49, of the 400 block of Ridgemoore Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested Jan. 2 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. A court date of Jan. 31 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Gage R. Sarbacker, 29, of the 1000 block of W. Dakin Street, Chicago, is accused of driving while license revoked, driving with suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 2 at 21st Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. He was released.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO STATE SUPPORTED PROPERTY

Philip J. Yates, 39, of the 500 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, is accused of criminal damage to state supported property, and was arrested Jan. 3 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges at the time of the report. Yates was assigned a court date of Jan. 10.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Rosa J. Berrioes, 46, of the 900 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 3 at 33rd Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. She was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 7.
• Carlos Mascorro Vega, 61, of the 3000 block of Arthur Court, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated DUI, and was arrested Jan. 5 at 26th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. He was released and was assigned a court date of Jan. 22.
• Derek A. Mardoian, 50, of the 38300 block of N. Loyola Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated DUI, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Jan. 6 at Pine and Leland avenues, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 22.
• Angela M. Deberry, 54, of the 600 block of Allanson Road, Mundelein, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 6 at Route 83 and Gilmer Road, Long Grove. She was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 28.
• Emmanuel Hernandez-Ramirez, 41, of the 100 block of W. Stevenson Drive, Glendale Heights, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Jan. 7 at Routes 83 and 22, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 14.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Arturo Hernandez-Uribe, 31, of the 700 block of Hawthorne Way, Vernon Hills, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Jan. 4 in the 700 block of Hawthorne Way, Vernon Hills. Bond was set at $3,250 and a court date of March 13 was assigned.
