Country Club Burglary Arrest Made: Riverwoods PD Blotter

A Hanover man had a warrant for burglary ($250,000 bond), and was arrested following an investigation into a burglary at Ravinia Green.

  • Justin A. Kulvosek, 40, of the 1500 block of W. Elmdale Avenue, Chicago, is accused of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 12:24 a.m. July 27, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released after posting a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Aug. 24.
  • Kaitlyn A. Kennedy, 26, of the 1800 block of W. Glen Flora Avenue, Berwyn, is accused of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 12:40 a.m. July 23, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Aug. 24.
  • Genesis Luz Gonzalez, 26, of Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of improper lane usage, no valid driver's license, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:44 a.m. July 24, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Aug. 24.
  • Saul Aniceto-Salgado, 27, of the 1300 block of E. 52nd Street, Chicago, is accused of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:04 a.m. July 17, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Aug. 17.
  • Mariana Vasquez-Gallegos, 25, of the 1000 block of W. Atlantic Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of speeding, no valid driver's license, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:45 a.m. July 3, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Aug. 10.
  • Salvador Alejandro Ferrara, 38, of the 5900 block of N. Rockwell, Chicago, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, driving while license revoked, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 12:36 a.m. July 4, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Aug. 10.
  • Carol Medina, 31, of the 20 W400 block of Belmont Place, Addison, is accused of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:53 a.m. June 11, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of July 13.
  • Xavier Gage Villalobos-Buti, 24, of the 500 block of Silver Aspen Circle, Crystal Lake, is accused of speeding, driving under the influence, and was arrested at 1:55 a.m. June 5, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released after posting a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of July 13.

BURGLARY

Avshalom Chayim, 47, of the 5600 block of Court Leona, Hanover Park, had a warrant for burglary ($250,000 bond), and was arrested at 12:40 p.m. July 29, following an investigation into a burglary on June 30 in the Ravinia Green Country Club parking lot, 1200 Saunders Road. He was processed and taken to Lake County Jail.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Anthony C. Needham, 29, of the 6400 block of N. Campbell Avenue, Chicago, is accused of speeding, aggravated fleeing and eluding, four counts of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine, amphetamine, hydrocodone, 100-500 grams of cannabis), and was arrested at 9:06 p.m. July 17. Police attempted to stop a car Needham was driving, but it fled and subsequently was rendered inoperable after leaving the roadway while attempting to turn onto S/B I-294. The driver fled on foot and was soon apprehended with the assistance of neighboring jurisdictions. He was taken to Lake County Jail.

BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE

A burglary to a motor vehicle was reported at 6:59 a.m. July 30, in the 2600 block of Lake Cook Road. The incident happened during the overnight hours when someone broke a rear window of a vehicle parked in the parking lot. The person also removed a tool box with an estimated value of $900.
