Grayslake Man Accused Of Hate Crime: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The 40-year-old is also being charged with disorderly conduct, battery in connection with an Oct. 23 incident.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

Israel Jesus Jara Contreras, unknown address, had a warrant obtained for residential burglary, and was arrested Oct. 17 in the 4700 block of Wellington Drive, Long Grove. Bond was set at $300,000. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
VIOLATION OF AN ODER OF PROTECTION

Erick T. Frydrych, 52, of the 24700 block of Clinton Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, had a warrant out of Cook County for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 17 in the 25300 block of Main Street, Ingleside. Bond was set at $12,000 and a future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
- Gerald Girmscheid, 60, of the 32900 block of N. Mill Road, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 17 in unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Oct. 31 was assigned.
- Jose A. Alvarez, 39, of the 4200 block of Shadowrock Court, Gurnee, is accused of domestic battery, child endangerment, and was arrested Oct. 19 at 33rd Street and Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Nov. 3 was assigned.
- Marcus A. Mejia Palma, 22, of the 300 block of Gilett Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 22 in the 37800 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Oct. 26 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Ronzavior D. Williams, 27, of the 2000 block of Joanna Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 17 at Yorkhouse Road and Lake Crest Street, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Dec. 7 was assigned.
- Laurentino Vazquez, 53, of the 3300 block of Diana Avenue, Park City, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 20 in the 34000 block of Almond Road, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Oct. 28 was assigned.
- Jose A. Gonzaelz, 63, of the 500 block of N. Prospect Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 22 at Larkin Lane and Wilson Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 30 was assigned.
- Abraham Hernandez Dejesus, 18, of the 100 block of W. Pineview Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Oct. 22 in the 24500 block of W. Forest Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Oct. 24 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Scott E. Loes, 18, of the 2100 block of Hebron Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 19 at Hunt Club and Milburn roads, Old Mill Creek. Bond was set at $2,000.
- A 27-year-old Zion resident is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Oct. 22 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
PAROLE VIOLATION
James J. Kman, 36, of the 3000 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for a parole violation, and was arrested Oct. 20 in Waukegan. There was no bond and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
- Lynn A. Celing, 65, of the 18100 block of W. Timber Lane, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Oct. 20 in the 16400 block of W. Russell Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Nov. 7 was assigned.
- Ashley N. Anderson, 36, of the 100 block of Glen Street, Grayslake, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Oct. 23 in the 34000 block of Route 45, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED
A 29-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Oct. 20 at Routes 43 and 176, unincorporated Lake Bluff. Bond was set at $1,500.
BATTERY
Kevin D. King, 55, of the 7000 block of S. Stratton Lane, Gurnee, is accused of battery, and was arrested Oct. 23 in the 16500 block of Washington Street, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Nov. 21 was assigned.
HATE CRIME
Joseph R. Young, 40, of the 100 block of Glen Street, Grayslake, is accused of hate crime, battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Oct. 23 in the 34000 block of Route 45, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $150,000 and a court date of Nov. 8 was assigned.
