Drunken Driver Batters Emergency Worker: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

  • Thomas J. Rogers, 25, of Moorseville, North Carolina, is accused of criminal damage to property, battery, and was arrested March 24 in the 28000 block of N. Waukegan Road, Lake Bluff. He was released and assigned a court date of April 30.
  • Andy E. Paredes, 30, of the 24000 block of W. Tyler Avenue, Round Lake, is accused of criminal damage to property, animal cruelty, assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested March 26 in the 24000 block of W. Tyler Avenue, Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of May 5.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Amil A. Little, 25, of Racine, Wisconsin, had a warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, resisting a peace officer, criminal damage to property, and was arrested March 25 in the 2100 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of April 30.

FLEEING/ELUDING

  • Declan J. Moore, 23, of the 500 block of 1st Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated fleeing/eluding, reckless driving, aggravated speeding, and was arrested March 25 at Metropolitan Avenue and Hyde Park Avenue, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of April 7.
  • Ian A. Carlson, 19, of the 100 block of Wilton Lane, Mundelein, is accused of fleeing to elude, reckless driving, and was arrested March 26 at W. Liberty and W. Main streets, Wauconda. He was released following his arrest.

INVOLUNTARY SEXUAL SERVITUDE OF A MINOR

Jose C. Puga, 51, of the 3000 block of Schuette Drive, Wonder Lake, had a warrant for involuntary sexual servitude of a minor, trafficking in persons, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and was arrested March 25 in the 20 block of S. County Street, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of March 27.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Anthony Coyoc, 28, of the 0-100 block of Garfield Lane, Streamwood, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 26 at Route 12 and Wynstone Drive, North Barrington. He was released and assigned a court date of May 21.
  • Arley Acosta, 31, of the 100 block of Nasa Circle, Round Lake, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, obstructing a peace officer, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 28 at Fairfield Road and Mayfield Drive, Round Lake Beach. Acosta was released and assigned a court date of May 7.

RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

Jillian A. Johnson, 23, of the 800 block of Jameson Court, Carol Stream, is accused of resisting a peace officer, obstructing a peace officer, obstructing identification, and was arrested March 27 at Route 45 and Gages Lake Road, unincorporated Grayslake. She was released and assigned a court date of May 1.

DELIVERY OF METH

Isaiah J. Cole, 23, of the 600 block of Creekside Circle, Gurnee, had a warrant for delivery of meth, and was arrested March 28 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of April 16.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY

Diana Gonzalez, 33, of the 2700 block of Bonnie Brook Lane, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated battery to an EMS worker, DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 29 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of April 1.
