UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • John K. May, 59, of the 300 block of Lake Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested April 7 in the 300 block of S. Greenleaf Street, Park City. He was released and assigned a court date of May 1.
  • Juan L. Ramos-Vazquez, 45, of the 1900 block of W. Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested April 12 in the 1900 block of W. Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 24.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

Erica Martinez-Dominguez, 47, of the 1800 block of S 51st Court, Cicero, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, and was arrested April 7 in the 26200 block of Route 83, unincorporated Mundelein. She was released and assigned a court date of May 8.

BURGLARY

Anthony D. Hicks, 18, of the 700 block of Cedar Lake Avenue, Round Lake, had a warrant for burglary, and was arrested April 8 in the 24400 block of Norelius Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of May 6 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Randy R. Ratajczyk, 34, of the 23100 block of W. Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, harassment by telephone, and was arrested April 8 in the 22100 block of W. Viral Drive, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of May 21.

OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER

Jason D. Jones, 48, of the 6100 block of N. Hoyne Avenue, Chicago, is accused of obstructing a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested April 9 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report, and a court date of May 6 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Patrick J. Felber, 49, of the 600 block of Blue Springs Drive, Fox Lake, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested April 9 at Route 12 and Molidor Road, Volo. He was released and assigned a court date of April 29.
  • Joseph W. Banks, 43, of the 27600 block of W. Luana Lane, Ingleside, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested April 11 at Route 134 and Catherine Street, Ingleside. He was released and assigned a court date of May 14.
  • Wesley Eulises Tomas-Castillo, 27, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, driving while license suspended, and was arrested April 12 at Lewis Avenue and Bonnie Brook Lane, unincorporated Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of May 28.

AGGRAVATED FLEEING TO ELUDE

Michael A. Moberg, Jr., 51, of the 33600 block of N. Evergreen Lane, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of aggravated fleeing to elude, driving while license revoked, and was arrested April 9 at Route 45 and Orchard Lane, Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of May 5.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

David Navarrete-Castelan, 35, of the 500 block of N. County Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested April 11 in the 2700 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 23.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Joshua R. Reed, 40, of the 2600 block of N. August Drive, Wadsworth, is accused of driving while license suspended, warrant for theft, and was arrested April 11 at Lewis and Grand avenues, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 24.

RESISTING ARREST

Thomas R. Brunner, 42, of the 2900 block of Darrow Lane, Waukegan, had a warrant for resisting arrest, and was arrested April 12 in the 2900 block of Darrow Lane, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 15.

RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

Ivan J. Vasquez-Villagomez, 23, of the 1100 block of Conlin Court, Belvedere, had a warrant out of McHenry County for resisting a peace officer, and was arrested April 12 in the 20500 block of Rand Road, Deer Park. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined.
