Fall Signing Day: DHS Student-Athletes Commit To College Sports

3 Deerfield High School Warriors signed letters of intent to compete in their sport of choice during National Signing Day Wednesday.

DEERFIED, IL — On the first day of the NCAA's national signing period of the 2017-2018 school year, several Deerfield High School Warriors were celebrated Wednesday as they signed letters of intent to continue playing sports after graduating. Student-athletes in all sports (other than football) can now commit to college sports, and three from DHS participated in National Signing Day events.

Sydney Colburn will attend Miami University in Ohio and compete in swimming.

McKenna Vranicar will attend the University of California at Berkeley and play lacrosse.
