Residential Burglar Also Had Warrant: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Edward J. Alviso, 34, of Troy, Michigan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 10 at Routes 12 and 120, Lakemoor. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 30 was assigned.
• Jose A. Sanchez Jurado, 49, of the 7500 block of Redwood Street, Crystal Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 14 at Route 120 and Fisher Road, Lakemoor. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 16 was assigned.
• Lauren R. Cisek, 32, of the 600 block of Gunderson Drive, Carol Stream, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 14 at Route 83 and Westmoreland Drive, Long Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 30 was assigned.
• Daniel A. Piwowar, 35, of the 900 block of Fox Chase Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 14 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Dec. 7 was assigned.
• Hector V. Cadle, 39, of the 2300 block of Edgewood Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 14 at Green Bay Road and Kenosha Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 23 was assigned.
• Dyniqua S. Coleman, 30, of the 100 block of Springhaven Drive, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 14 at Route 173 and Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 30 was assigned.
• Jarrod A. Felten, 21, of the 400 block of Donin Drive, Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 14 in the 36600 block of Ridge Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 30 was assigned.
• Fellie McKnight, 51, of the 2600 block of Mark Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 15 at Green Bay and Kenosha roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 16 was assigned.
• Santos O. Perez-Garcia, 47, of the 2100 block of Hebron Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 15 at Leland and Linden avenues, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Nov. 23 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• A 36-year-old Gurnee resident is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Oct. 10 in the 34200 block of Jenna Lane, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Timothy N. Tinkes, 31, of the 800 block of Kingsway, Beach Park, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 13 in the 38100 block of N. Loyola Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Alan J. Dufield, 40, of the 31700 block of N. Almond Road, unincorporated Libertyville, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license revoked, and was arrested Oct. 13 in unincorporated Libertyville. Bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

• A 26-year-old Antioch resident is accused of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Oct. 10 at Bay Road and Lauderdale Court, Ingleside. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Nov. 28 was assigned.
• A 50-year-old Lake Barrington resident is accused of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Oct. 13 in Lake Barrington. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Nov. 21 was assigned.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

Miguel A. Davila, 36, of the 4800 block of Crest Court, Waukegan, is accused of residential burglary, had a warrant out of Pennsylvania for a probation violation, and was arrested Oct. 11 in the 37700 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. There was no bond and a court date of Nov. 8 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Jessica Morales, 37, of the 700 block of Main Street, Antioch, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 11 in the 2700 block of Hartigan Road Volo. Bond was set at $150,000 and a court date of Oct. 20 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Evan S. Dwellen, 29, of the 2700 block of N. Anderson Road, unincorporated Wauconda, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Oct. 11 in unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Nov. 2 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Donshai T. Calahan, 40, of the 5300 block of David Court, Gurnee, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 12 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Wauekgan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Oct. 20 was assigned.

IDENTITY THEFT

Kristin A. Siminak, 35, of the 800 block of Kingsway, Beach Park, had a warrant for identity theft, theft, and was arrested Oct. 13 in the 38100 block of N. Loyola Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Oct. 20 was assigned.

BATTERY

Victor R. Padilla, III, 30, of the 15200 block of Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, had a warrant for battery, obstructing identification, and was arrested Oct. 13 at Lewis and Illinois avenues, Beach Park. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of Oct. 26 was assigned.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Colin M. Monge, 19, of the 3000 block of Liberty Lane, Lindenhurst, is accused of aggravated speeding (100 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 13 at Route 83 and Grass Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500.

THEFT

Brandi S. Patton, 43, of the 41800 block of N. Lotus Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of theft, possession of stolen property, domestic battery, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Oct. 14 in the 41700 block of N. Lotus Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Nov. 10 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• A juvenile is accused of domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, criminal damage to property, and was arrested Oct. 14 in the 36900 block of N. Delany Road, unincorporated Gurnee.
