Veronica R. Stephens, 42, of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, had a warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a parole violation, and was arrested Dec. 12 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. She was detained in the Lake County Jail and a future court date with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections was to be determined at the time of the report.
RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

Martin W. Kerley, 59, of the 1100 block of W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, had a warrant out of Cook County for resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 13 in the 20000 block of N. Rand Road, Deer Park. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
THEFT
Christina J. Lewis, 36, of the 300 block of N. Slusser Street, Grayslake, had a warrant out of Kane County for theft, and was arrested Dec. 14 at 17th Street and Hilltop Road, Zion. She was detained in the Lake County Jail and a future court date in Kane County was to be determined at the time of the report.
BATTERY
Angel Salazar, 25, of the 2200 block of 7th Street, Rockford, is accused of battery, and was arrested Dec. 15 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of Jan. 3, 2024.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Luis E. Morales-Amador, 46, of the 200 block of Jackson Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, attempted possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Dec. 15 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 10, 2024.
- Shelmar M. Mays, 47, of the 3200 block of Wembley Drive, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Dec. 15 at 26th Street and Hampson Court, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 17, 2024.
- Franklin Matute Raudale, 29, of the 1500 block of Glen Rock Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, endangering the life of a child, no driver's license, and was arrested Dec. 16 in the 25200 block of Route 60, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 3, 2024.
- Monique D. Hampton, 38, of the 2200 block of Lewis Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of aggravated DUI, and was arrested Dec. 16 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 8, 2024.
POSSESSION OF A STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE
Alexion D. Agee, 18, of the 1900 block of Lawson Boulevard, Gurnee, is accused of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, fleeing/eluding police, and was arrested Dec. 15 in the 1100 block of Bellows Way, Volo. He was detained in Lake County Jail and assigned a court date of Jan. 9, 2024.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY
Sue Mueller, 57, no permanent address, had a warrant for criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Dec. 15 in the 41500 block of N. Route 41, Wadsworth. She was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 11, 2024.
NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
Antonio Gonzalez, 27, no permanent address, had a warrant out of DuPage County for no driver's license, and was arrested Dec. 17 at Wadsworth and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. He was released and a future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
Elizabeth Oquendo, 36, of the 1400 block of N. Eagle Street, Naperville, had a warrant out of DuPage County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 17 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
