Man Accused Of Home Repair Fraud: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

ARRESTS

BATTERY

Jessica M. Flemon, 41, of the 33500 block of N. Idlewild Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of battery, disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Nov. 13 in the 33600 block of N. Oakland Drive, unincorporated Grayslake. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 13.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Tyler A. Bowie, 27, of the 17800 block of W. Big Oaks Road, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of aggravated assault, retail theft, disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Nov. 14 in the 33100 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 20.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Correy C. Moore, 33, of the 6800 block of S. Cornell Street, Chicago, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Nov. 15 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 6.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Andres A. Zepeda, 27, of the 600 block of Perry Lane, Hoffman Estates, had a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Nov. 15 in the 0-100 block of N. MLK Jr. Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 6.
• Deandrae A. May, 34, of the 800 block of Sterling Heights Drive, Antioch, is accused of aggravated DUI, driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 16 in the 41800 block of N. Route 41, Wadsworth. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 27.
• Everado Castro Felix, 41, of the 2100 block of Prospect Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of DUI alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 17 in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, Libertyville. They were released and assigned a court date of Dec. 13.
• Alex Telelz, 27, of the 1500 block of N. Oak Avenue, Round Lake Beach, is accused of DUI alcohol, reckless driving, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 17 at Juneway Terrace and Golfview Drive, Round Lake Beach. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 10.
• Bennie Starks, Jr., 64, of Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Nov. 18 in the 15600 block of W. Buckley Road, unincorporated Libertyville. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 20.
• Crystal Silva, 24, of the 1700 block of 9th Street, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, aggravated speeding (71 MPH in a 30 MPH zone), and was arrested Nov. 18 at Sheridan Road and Harding Avenue, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 20.
• Allison M. Mainhart, 32, of the 600 block of Laurel Drive, Aurora, had a warrant for DUI, and was arrested Nov. 19 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Long Grove. She was released and was assigned a court date of Dec. 13.

THEFT

Arturo Hernandez-Uribe, 31, of the 3900 block of Wood Street, Park City, is accused of theft, continuing a criminal enterprise, aggravated home repair fraud, and was arrested Nov. 16 in the 35700 block of N. Marine Drive, unincorporated Fox Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 20.

VIOLATION OF SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION

Jimmy L. Alexander, 53, of the 1600 block of Park Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant for violation of sexual offender registration, and was arrested Nov. 17 at Lewis and Salem avenues, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 5.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Daniel D. Lavelle, 40, of the 1400 block of Split Oak Circle, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Nov. 18 in the 38400 block of 4th Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove. He was detained in Lake County Jail and was assigned a court date of Nov. 30.
