MANUFACTURING DELIVERY OF CANNABIS

Michael D. Schneider, 23 of the 2700 block of W. Vermont Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of manufacturing/delivery of cannabis (Texas), and was arrested June 30 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

Albert Marion Fowler, 31, of Antlers, Oklahoma, is accused of unlawful restraint, domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and was arrested June 30 in the 43100 block of Route 41, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of July 30.

ATTEMPTED POSSESSION OF COCAINE

Amari L. Copeland, 27, of the 1900 block of Freedom Court, Zion, is accused of attempted possession of cocaine, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested June 30 at Rollins Road and Drury Lane, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of July 30.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Julio Davila, 47, of the 9900 block of W. Hendee Road, Beach Park, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, criminal damage to property, and was arrested June 30 at Paddock Avenue and Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of July 29.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Cristal Esquivel, 34, of the 24600 block of W. Luther Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, no driver's license, and was arrested July 1 at Fairfield and Rollins roads, Round Lake Heights. She was released and assigned a court date of July 28.
  • Sean B. Williams, 54, of the 13600 block of Eagle Feather Court, Plainfield, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested July 3 at routes 12 and 22, Lake Zurich. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 20.

RETAIL THEFT

  • Camille L. Wilson, 40, of the 1800 block of Hovland Court, Evanston, had a warrant for retail theft, new charge of driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 2 at 29th Street and Sheridan Road, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of July 31.
  • Joseph P. Crago, 35, of the 33300 block of N. Sunset Avenue, unincorporated Grayslake, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested July 3 in the 1300 block of N. Sheridan Road, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of July 14.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Kimberlee Medici, 54, of the 900 block Washington Avenue, Winthrop Harbor, is accused of aggravated domestic battery, violating an order of protection, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested July 2 at Route 41 and Stearns School Road, unincorporated Gurnee. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of July 24.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT TO A PEACE OFFICER

Keith Norwood, 39, of the 14600 block of Union Avenue, Harvey, is accused of aggravated assault to a peace officer, child endangerment, and was arrested July 3 in the 17800 block of W. Winnebago Drive, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 7.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A CORRECTIONAL OFFICER

Maria Hawryla, 49, of the 8900 block of S. Roberts Road, Hickory Hills, is accused of aggravated battery to a correctional officer, and was arrested July 5 at the Lake County Jail. She was released and assigned a court date of July 22.
