Man Endangers Life Of A Child: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

Felipe A. Ruacho, 29, of the 4200 block of N. Bloomington Avenue, Arlington Heights, had a warrant out of DuPage County for a traffic offense, and was arrested Jan. 20 in the 2700 block of Lake Cook Road, Long Grove. A future court date was to be determined in DuPage County.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

Dragan Mamlic, 64, of the 2300 block of 60th Court, Cicero, is accused of criminal trespass to residence, and was arrested Jan. 21 in the 35200 block of W. Grant Avenue, Third Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 12.

THEFT

Jada D. Kirksey, 28, of the 39600 block of N. Warren Lane, Wadsworth, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested Jan. 22 in the 300 block of Greenleaf Street, Park City. She was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 13.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

  • Daniel Flores, 22, of the 600 block of S. McAlister Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Wadsworth and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
  • Andy E. Mendoza, 26, of the 2700 block of Ezra Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Jan. 22 in the 38500 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Tikori D. Garland, 43, of the 1800 block of Dugdale Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 25 at 21st Street and Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Garland was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 26.
  • Jose Antonio Aponte, Jr., 28, of the 600 block of Sheridan Road, Evanston, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 26 at Rollins Road and Drury Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of March 12 was assigned.

ENDANGERING THE LIFE/WELFARE OF A CHILD

Michael Barkus, 37, of the 37400 block of N. Lakeshore Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of endangering the life/welfare of a child, and was arrested Jan. 25 in the 37400 block of N. Lakeshore Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of March 5.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Zachary J. Barcott, 30, of the 200 block of Sandbloom Road, Algonquin, had a warrant out of Kane County for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Jan. 25 at Devlin and Garfield roads, Fox Lake. A future court date in Kane County was to be determined at the time of the report.

RETAIL THEFT

David Hoff, 60, of the 41500 block of Route 41, Wadsworth, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Jan. 25 in the 41500 block of Route 41, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 18.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Jerry E. Dickens, 54, of the 20700 block of W. Lake Cook Road, Palatine, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Jan. 26 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report.
  • Patience J. Cedzidlo, 40, of the 38000 block of N. Watts Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Jan. 26 in the 38000 block of N. Watts Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report.
