Jason D. West, 45, of Alton, Missouri, had a warrant out of Douglas County, Missouri, for harassment/stalking, and was arrested Oct. 30 in the 500 block of Decatur Avenue, North Chicago. He was being detained at Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Nov. 17.

BATTERY

  • Shelton Sherrod, 22, of the 3300 block of Colgate Avenue, Zion, is accused of battery, and was arrested Oct. 31 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Nov. 15.
  • Daniel Williams, 24, of the 0-100 block of Woodland Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of battery, and was arrested Oct. 31 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Jan. 16, 2024.

DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Fernando Amaro-Pinto, 63, of the 2000 block of Harding Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 31 at Green Bay and Beach roads, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 29.
  • Lisa M. Guerra, 29, of the 3300 block of Hood Avenue, Park City, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 1 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. She was released and was assigned a court date of Dec. 6.
  • Marc A. M. DeJesus, 24, of the 1600 block of Rice Street, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Nov. 4 at Green Bay Road and Blossom Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and was assigned a court date of Dec. 13.
  • Luis M. Acosta-Cardona, 25, of the 1200 block of N. Meadow Drive, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant for DUI, attempted possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Nov. 5 at 2nd Street and Main Street, Grayslake. He was released and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

OPERATING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE WITHOUT A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE

Rasul Asilbek Uulu, 22, of Renton, Washington, is accused of operating a commercial vehicle without a commercial driver's license, overweight on registration, and was arrested Oct. 31 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. He was released.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Ragner Soto-Felitz, 32, of the 2200 block of Lewis Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated speeding (81 MPH in a 35 MPH zone), and was arrested Nov. 1 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. He was released.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Sherrie L. Sutton, 57, of the 42500 block of Forest Lane, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of reckless driving, failure to report a crash, and was arrested Nov. 1 in the 42400 block of Converse Road, unincorporated Antioch. She was released.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Miicaila Kline, 20, of the 34100 block of N. Wineberry Lane, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested Nov. 4 in the 34100 bock of N. Wineberry Lane, unincorporated Round Lake. Kline was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Nov. 22.
