New Sushi Restaurant Opens in Lincolnshire

A new place for sushi is open in Lincolnshire’s Village Green.

Starfish, located at 185 Milwaukee Ave., has opened under the same name and owner, Maximilian Pak of a longtime sushi restaurant in Chicago - according to Pioneer Press.

The new location, which comes after several restaurant ventures for Pak, takes up a 5,000-square-foot space once occupied by the Robert Vance, Ltd. clothing store.

Since December, Pak has turned the storeroom into a kitchen with enough seating for 147 sushi lovers, who will also likely be equally impressed with the full range of alcohol offered at the bar.

Reviewers on TripAdvisor are already impressed.
