Sexual Assault Charge For Mundelein Man: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

• Salomon Gomez, 39, of the 1700 block of Jackson Street, North Chicago, had a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Aug. 15 in the 1700 block of Jackson Street, North Chicago. Bond was set at $22,000 and a court date of Sept. 13 was assigned.
• Justin T. Ohlmann, 27, of the 18800 block of Chatham Way, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for DUI, and was arrested Aug 17 in the 18200 block of W. Chatham Way, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Aug. 22 was assigned.
• Enrique Epino-Jiminez, 41, of the 1500 block of Round Lake Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 18 at Hunt Club and Kelly roads, Old Mill Creek. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 20 was assigned.
• Teresa Torees-Playa, 45, of Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, endangering the life/welfare of a child, and was arrested Aug. 19 at Green Bay Road and Waverly Street, Beach Park. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of Aug. 23 was assigned.
• Napoleon D. Salgado, Jr., 37, of the 10100 block of Beach Road, Beach Park, is accused of DUI alcohol, suspended registration, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 20 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 27 was assigned.
• Gregorio Vasquez-Jimenez, 57, of the 400 block of Sheridan Road, Highwood, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 20 at Green Bay and Thorn Valley roads, unincorporated Lake Bluff. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 27 was assigned.
• Francisco E. Prince, 28, of the 2600 block of 9th Parkway, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 20 at Route 120 and Knight Avenue, Park City. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 27 was assigned.

BATTERY

• Roberto A. Gallegos, 31, of the 3200 block of Emmaus Avenue, Zion, is accused of battery, and was arrested Aug. 17 at the Lake County Jail. There was no bond as he was being held on other charges. A court date of Aug. 30 was assigned.
• Geronimo Espinoso, 31, of the 1400 block of Springbay Road, East Peoria, is accused of battery, and was arrested Aug. 17 at the Lake County Jail. There was no bond as he was being held on other charges. A court date of Sept. 14 was assigned.
• Peter V. Williams, 22, of the 2400 block of N. McAree Road, Waukegan, had a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested Aug. 17 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $40,000 and a court date of Sept. 1 was assigned.
• Jessica L. Durham, 40, of the 17900 block of W. Winnebago Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of battery, and was arrested Aug. 17 in the 17900 block of W. Winnebago Drive, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Sept. 1 was assigned.

THEFT

Jordano A. Franco, 28, of the 38200 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for theft, new charge of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Aug. 19 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Sept. 11 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Patrick K. Spillane, 26, of the 400 block of Linden Avenue, Lake Forest, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Aug. 19 in the 400 block of Linden Avenue, Lake Forest. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Aug. 23 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

• Thomas W. Aitken, 39, of the 2100 block of Hassell Road, Hoffman Estates, is accused of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and was arrested Aug. 19 in the 27100 block of Fairview Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Sept. 1 was assigned.
• Drew W. Nelson, 34, of the 25100 block of W. Monaville Road, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Aug. 20 in the 25100 block of W. Monaville Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Sept. 25 was assigned.
