The Illinois State Bar Association received two of only 20 awards handed out at ACLEA's annual meeting

The Illinois State Bar Association’s (ISBA) continuing legal education program Child Custody Litigation: Techniques for Trying a Custody Case From Rehearsal to Closing Including a Child Custody Trial received an Award for Outstanding Achievement from the International Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA). The ISBA received two of only 20 awards handed out at ACLEA’s annual meeting in Boston.
The program was coordinated by Deerfield resident Pamela J. Kuzniar (pictured here), who served as 2013-14 chair of the ISBA Family Law Section. She is a partner in the law firm of Kuzniar & Simons, P.C., with offices in Chicago and Waukegan.
Founded in 1877, the ISBA ranks as one of the country’s oldest bar associations serving more than 33,000 members. The ISBA is dedicated to assisting Illinois lawyers in the practice of law, raising the standards of excellence in the legal profession, expanding access to the legal system, and educating the public about the judiciary and the legal profession.
