BURGLARY

Nicholas G. Soteras, 54, of the 400 block of N. McClurg Court, Chicago, had a warrant for burglary, and was arrested Jan. 27 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 25.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE

Andrew S. Radomski, 34, of the 600 block of W. Slippery Rock Drive, Palatine, is accused of criminal trespass to vehicle, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Jan. 27 at Route 173 and Lotus Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 19.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Ian A. Miller, 43, of the 3400 block of Ravinia Circle, Aurora, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested Jan. 27 at Quentin and Lake roads. He was released and assigned a court date of March 12.
• Orlando Jiminez-Ocampo, 42, of the 1300 block of Lotus Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 1 at Route 120 and Fairfield Road, driving while license suspended. He was released and assigned a court date of March 19.
• Daniel Olade Ramirez, 34, of the 2500 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated DUI, and was arrested Feb. 2 at Route 59 and Grant Avenue, Ingleside.

POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

Johan Vanegas-Rodriguez, 21, of the 700 block of N. Poplar Street, Waukegan, is accused of possession of child pornography, and was arrested Jan. 28 in the 700 block of N. Poplar Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 4.

GROOMING

Stephen C. Dolly, 37, of the 30000 block of N. Waukegan Road, unincorporated Lake Bluff, had a warrant for grooming, and was arrested Jan. 29 in the 2600 block of Paul Jones Street, Great Lakes. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 27.

ASSAULT

Terrance D. Smith, 40, of the 2400 block of Dugdale Street, Waukegan, had a warrant out of DuPage County for assault, and was arrested Jan. 29 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF COCAINE

James C. Lauder, 36, of the 0-100 block of Covington Street, Fox Lake, is accused of unlawful possession of cocaine, had warrant out of DuPage County for aggravated DUI, and was arrested Jan. 29 in the 0-100 block of Route 12, Fox Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 25.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

• Rene Sanchez Mendoza, 30, of the 1000 block of McCalister Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of aggravated speeding (98 MPH a 55 MPH zone), improper use of registration, and was arrested Jan. 30 at Route 41 and Stearns School Road, unincorporated Gurnee. She was released following her arrest.
• Armando Guerrero-Gomez, 34, of the 400 block of Meadow Green Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of aggravated speeding (114 MPH in a 45 MPH zone), reckless driving, and was arrested Feb. 2 at Rollins and Drury roads, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released following his arrest.

BATTERY

David M. Hoff, 60, of the 41500 block of Route 41, Wadsworth, is accused of battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Jan. 31 in the 41500 block of Route 41, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of March 5.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Azhlit Castro-Gomez, 21, of the 2100 block of Aster Place, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license revoked, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 2 at Wilson Road and Lakeview Avenue, Ingleside. He was released following the arrest.

FALSE REPORT TO PUBLIC SAFETY AGENCY

Marcellus R. Clark, 28, of the 25900 block of W. Kathryn Drive, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of false report to public safety agency, and was arrested Feb. 2 in the 25900 block of W. Kathryn Drive, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of March 12.
