WI Fugitive From Justice Arrested: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The 21-year-old Zion resident was fleeing from the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office, according to police.

Richard Kellogg, 30, of the 3200 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated battery to a nurse, and was arrested Feb. 3 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of Feb. 11.

- Navaeh M. Devost, 20, of the 1800 block of Jackson Street, North Chicago, is accused of aggravated battery to a correctional officer, and was arrested Feb. 3 at the Lake County Jail. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 26.
- Tyree Smith, 27, of the 0-100 block of Prairie View Court, North Chicago, is accused of aggravated assault to a correctional officer, criminal damage to government property, and was arrested Feb. 5 at the Lake County Jail. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 19.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
Domitila Ruiz-Serrano, 45, of the 1100 block of Robert Park Coffin Road, Long Grove, had a warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Route 83 and Robert Parker Coffin Road, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of March 5.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Laj D. Clements, 29, of the 1200 block of N. Johnston Avenue, Rockford, had a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Feb. 3 in the 300 block of Hunt Club Road, Gurnee. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was sentenced to 14 days in jail.
- Cesar Calihua Macuxtle, 27, of the 1500 block of Turnbull Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of DUI alcohol, no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Cedar Lake Road and Washington Street, Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of March 12.
- Ruben Estrada, 41, of the 900 block of Hartford Drive, Gurnee, is accused of aggravated DUI, and was arrested Feb. 4 at routes 21 and 120, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 19.
- Luis F. Loza Sandoval, 25, of the 1000 block of Sterling Avenue, Palatine, is accused of DUI alcohol, reckless driving, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 6 at Routes 12 and 176, Wauconda. He was released and assigned a court date of March 12.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED
- Michael J. Dziekan, 48, of Loyal, Wisconsin, had a warrant out of Ogle County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Lakehurst Road and Fountain Square Place, Waukegan. A future court date in Ogle County was to be determined at the time of the report.
- Viviana Mora, 19, of the 600 block of 2nd Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Routes 21 and 120, unincorporated Gurnee. She was released following her arrest.
IDENTITY THEFT
Lawrence Rollins, III, 35, of the 3000 block of W. Sherman Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of identity theft, possession of stolen checks, and was arrested Feb. 4 in the 36100 block of N. Black Bay Court, unincorporated Gurnee. A future court date was to be determined at the time of report.
RETAIL THEFT
Lynn M. Tossi, 44, of the 1800 block of Main Street, Spring Grove, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Feb. 4 in the 25600 block of W. Raska Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa. She was released and assigned a court date of March 6.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE
Jonathan J. Coxey, 21, of the 2800 block of Emmaus Avenue, Zion, is accused of being a fugitive from justice (fleeing from Kenosha County Sheriff), and was arrested Feb. 4 in the 41400 block of Route 41, Wadsworth. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Feb. 21.
AGGRAVATED SPEEDING IN A SCHOOL ZONE
Jacob A. Lage, 24, of the 700 block of Landen Lane, Lake Villa, is accused of aggravated speeding in a school zone (65 MPH in a 20 MPH zone), and was arrested Feb. 6 at Millburn and Crawford roads, Old Mill Creek. He was released following his arrest.
