Woman Misuses 911, Files Fake Report: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The unincorporated Grayslake resident is also accused of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Sandra M. Snyder, 46, of the 33500 block of N. Royal Oak Lane, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of filing a false police report, misuse of 911, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and was arrested Oct. 10 in the 33500 block of Royal Oak Lane, unincorporated Grayslake. She was released and a court date of Nov. 9 was assigned.
CONTEMPT OF COURT

Jessica S. Trevino, 37, of the 1600 block of 11th Court, Waukegan, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Oct. 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. There was a civil charge of $1,000 and a court date of Oct. 23 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Ryan T. Tivy, 25, of the 1700 block of Popp Lane, Long Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, open transportation of alcohol, improper transportation of cannabis, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Oct. 11 in the 1700 block of Popp Lane, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 29.
- Alondra Diaz, 22, of the 2500 block of S. Jackson Street, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 11 at Delany Road and Grove Avenue, Gurnee. A court date of Nov. 15 was assigned.
- Erika V. Olivares, 37, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, endangering the life of a child, and was arrested Oct. 15 at Green Bay and Clarendon roads, Beach Park. She was released and was assigned a court date of Nov. 15.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Nikita M. Jackson, 34, of the 800 block of Hickory Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 11 in the 600 block of N. Westmoreland Road, Lake Forest. They were served a sentence of 364 days in Lake Couny Jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
John R. Benton, 35, of the 34100 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Grayslake, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Oct. 12 in the 34100 block of W. Grand Drive, unincorporated Grayslake. A court date of Nov. 8 was assigned.

HOME REPAIR FRAUD
Chester A. Biggs, Jr. 44, no permanent address, had a warrant for home repair fraud, and was arrested Oct. 12 in the 31200 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Libertyville. He was released and was assigned a court date of Nov. 14.
THEFT
Charles A. Biggs, 44, of the 2500 block of Magnolia Lane, Lindenhurst, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested Oct. 12 in the 32900 block of N. Battershall Drive, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and was assigned a court date of Nov. 13.
AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
Eduardo Gomez-Hernandez, 28, no permanent address, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm, aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 13 at Cedar Lake and Rollins roads, Round Lake Beach. He is being detained in the Lake County Jail and was assigned a court date of Nov. 16.
