Des Plaines Planet Fitness Trainer to Host United We Move
Moe Dunker to Lead Several Free Online, Home Work-Ins

DES PLAINES, IL (July 15, 2020) – Local Planet Fitness trainer and Des Plaines resident Moe Dunker will be hosting an online home work-in for the United We Move campaign, a free, virtual national fitness class hosted nightly by Planet Fitness. Dunker will lead the 20-minute workout, geared toward all fitness levels, at 6 p.m. CST on Monday, July 20 on the Planet Fitness Facebook page. The workout, which can be watched by anyone including non-members, will also be available for viewing on the Planet Fitness YouTube page. He will also be appearing as the United We Move trainer at the same time on July 27, August 3, and August 10.
Dunker, who has been a fitness trainer with Planet Fitness since 2017, has worked in Des Plaines since June 2018. His routine will focus on a full body workout that incorporates functional exercise for muscles that are prone to injury and become less flexible as we age.
“This is a really exciting opportunity for our Des Plaines Lee Street location to be seen by people across the country so I’m really pumped to be leading these United We Move home work-ins,” said Dunker. “When I was a gymnast, I tore my Achilles tendon during a competition so I truly understand the importance of training the whole body to be flexible which is something I focus on with my clients and will showcase during these upcoming workouts.”

"We’re thrilled to have Moe lead the upcoming United We Move home work-ins to showcase his training abilities as our Des Plaines members love him,” said Russ Preite, president and CEO of PLNTF Holdings, the Planet Fitness franchisee that operates both Des Plaines locations. “Now, more than ever, it is important to stay active to stay healthy. That is why we are committed to a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for all of our members.”
