Joan Heath Fortner Artwork at Frisbie Senior Center in March

Artwork by Joan Heath Fortner, a member of the Des Plaines Art Guild (dpag.org), can be viewed at the Frisbie Senior Center, 62 E. Northwest Highway in Des Plaines throughout the month of March. Joan studied at the New York Fashion Academy, the Chicago Art Institute and obtained her art masters degree at Loyola University. She works mainly in watercolor and her subject matters include portraits, landscapes, still life and graphic design.

The Frisbie Center is open 8:30 am-8:00 pm, Monday and Thursday and 8:30 am-4:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
