Art supply ideas for the Earth Day Celebration

To celebrate Earth Day on April 22nd, Crayola Education and NASA are collaborating for a colorfully fun virtual event to get kids excited to learn about our planet all while celebrating creativity and encouraging hands-on art experiences to express their ideas.

The live special, Earth Day Celebration: The Wonders of Our Planet, is a free interactive event taking place on the Crayola Education Facebook and YouTube pages on April 20th at 2PM/ET. The event, perfect for children, families and teachers, will educate viewers on how NASA takes care of our planet across its many sectors including STEAM and STEM careers, how weather and climate affect many aspects of our planet, the importance of using data to take care of the earth, and so much more.

During the event attendees will get to hear from NASA scientists (on Earth and on the ISS!), horticulturists, visual storytellers, and the Crayola Education team.
