Bank Robbed In Westmont; Suspect At Large: Feds
The FBI is looking for a suspect in connection with a robbery that took place at BankFinancial, 6301 Fairview Ave., in Westmont Wednesday.

WESTMONT, IL — A Westmont bank was robbed Wednesday, according to the FBI. The bureau released a photo of a suspect they said is still at large and asked the public for help identifying them.
The robbery occurred just after 12:17 p.m. at BankFinancial, located at 6301 Fairview Ave.
Authorities said no weapons were displayed during the robbery. The suspect, pictured below, was last seen wearing a dark baseball hat and a dark jacket with a light-colored medical face mask, according to the FBI.

The bureau encouraged anyone who has information about this robbery to call FBI Chicago at 312-421-6700 or click the link to report a tip to the FBI.
No additional information had been available about the Westmont robbery as of Wednesday afternoon, FBI officials said in a news release.

The incident comes just over a week after Old Second Bank in Lisle was robbed. In late September, two banks were robbed in Naperville within two days. During the Sept. 21 robbery in Naperville, the robber displayed a gun, authorities say.
