Incoming El Sierra kindergarten families get opportunity to connect

Incoming kindergarten families at El Sierra School had the opportunity to meet one another and get to know staffers, including Principal Lucille Carney, during a special Kindergarten Connection event July 11 at McCollum Park.

"The parents make connections with other parents and ask questions. The children get to meet their peers, play, and talk about kindergarten before the first day of school to encourage a more comfortable atmosphere for all," said Principal Lucille Carney.
