Families Anonymous Chicagoland Convention Offers Support For Families Affected By Addiction

Event Details

4501 Main St, Downers Grove, IL, 60515

Millions of people struggle with substance use. Their parents, spouses, siblings, grandparents and friends often struggle alongside them—frequently without knowing where to turn.

For 55 years, Families Anonymous has quietly provided guidance, and support to people affected by someone else's drug, alcohol or behavioral problems. You've probably heard very little about its members—and that's intentional. Anonymity is so fundamental to the organization that it's part of its name.

Families Anonymous (FA) provides a confidential place where loved ones find support from people who understand what they are experiencing. FA is a fellowship program open to anyone concerned about the substance use or related behavioral problems of someone they care about.

No one needs a formal referral, and your loved one does not need to have a confirmed substance use disorder for someone to seek support from FA.

Help is here.

Please join us for a day of workshops and information dealing with the family disease of addiction.
