Car Stolen In 5500 Block Of Main Street In Downers Grove
Police say the car was reported stolen from the driveway of a home early Sunday.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Downers Grove police are investigating a report of a car that was stolen from a driveway in the 5500 block of Main Street. The incident took place sometime between late Saturday and early Sunday, according to a police report.
A woman told police she last saw her silver Nissan Rogue in the driveway around 11:30 p.m. Saturday when she took her dog outside. When she took her dog out Sunday morning around 5:30 a.m., she noticed the car was missing from her driveway.
Police say the car may have been left unlocked overnight, but the woman was still in possession of the only key to the car.
