As Christ Church Downers Grove prepares to move to their new permanent church home at 2S361 Glen Park Rd., Lombard, in the Butterfield corridor area, volunteers from the congregation and community, including members of the Glenbard South High School football team (pictured) have pitched in to help prepare the grounds and internal space for the church’s first worship service in the new location on October 6.
