District 58 Plans 'Visioning Session' On Construction Plans

The Jan. 30 "visioning session" will give residents a chance to explore design concepts, ask questions and share feedback.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Community members are invited to a "visioning session" on Jan. 30 to learn more about the plans Downers Grove Grade School District 58 has for construction and renovations after voters favored a $179 million bond referendum in November.

District officials, contractors and architects will be in attendance at the event, which will be held at O'Neill Middle School. Visioning stations will be set up to allow guests to get a sneak peak into design plans for the middle school's science laboratory, school entrances and other projects.

Those who attend will be encouraged to ask questions and give feedback. At the end of the meeting, there will be a group visioning activity and a survey will follow.
