District 58 Teachers, Staff Receive Green Apple Awards
A total of 46 teachers and staff members were recognized with awards.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Nearly 50 Downers Grove Grade School District 58 teachers and staff were recently honored with Green Apple Awards from the District 58 Education Foundation. The award recipients were honored through donations made to the foundation’s Green Apple Teacher and Staff Recognition Program.
In total, $995 was raised for the 2019 holiday Green Apple campaign and 46 staff members and teachers were recognized. Each winner received a Green Apple card with a personalized message from the sender that was given to the winners by their school's principal or District 58 Superintendent Dr. Kevin Russell.
