Downers Grove 2019 Memorial Day Parade: Route, Info, More

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Memorial Day is almost here and American Legion Post 80 is gearing up to host the 2019 Downers Grove Memorial Day Parade. Here's some quick info about the parade and Memorial Day Ceremony, which will be held on Monday.

The parade will step off at 10:45 a.m. from the intersection of Main Street and Burlington Avenue. Marchers will make their way south on Main Street until they reach the end of the parade route on Grove Street at Fishel Park.

Once the parade is done, residents can gather to honor veterans and fallen soldiers at Fishel Park for the village's annual Memorial Day Ceremony at 11 a.m.
